Truck at Dolphin Fountain

You wont see this on Pattaya news. A truck went straight the intersection at the bottom of Pattaya Klang, over the wall, through a few coconut trees, bounced off the edge of the fountain and ended embedded in one of the poles that seems to be some sort of sculptural element. Apparently no injuries. The Dolphin Fountain is renowned as the Departure Lounge. A place where nothing ever happens.

Rock, Sea and Sky at Wong Amat, Pattaya

Heres a bit of an abstract taken between Wong Amat and Pattaya beaches.

Wong Amat Beach

Here’s another of Wong Amat on an overcast day, this one shows some of the apartments there. Not sure if you can see Bangkok from the top of them on a clear day but must be a spectacular view of the sea and weather.

Wong Amat Beach

This is Wong Amat Beach which is about a 5min walk from the north end of Pattaya Beach. Its a very pleasant walk which I recommend, altho theres the person of unknown sex looking to sell equaly unknown sex in the remoter parts they seem harmless. Food and drink appear to be readily available as well as umbrellas and chairs, but much quieter and cleaner then the main beach.
